Workers Safety in BEXIMCO Company Limited

Hello,

My report  will be looking for the safety for workers working in BEXIMCO Company Limited which is found in Bangladesh. Since the incidents such as the collapse of the Rana Plaza which resulted in the death of more than one thousand workers there have been the need for all the stakeholders both from the government and nongovernmental organization to ensure the safety of the workers. This is because Bangladesh is among the countries that provide most of the retailers, wholesalers and other business operators working in the fashion industry. This case study will aim on illustrating the nature of safety and health systems that operate within BEXIMCO Company Limited, the way in which safety and health representative perform their duties in this company and the way in which the workers and the employees work together regarding safety and health together with ways in which the processes and systems are impacted by the size of the organization, form of organization and the nature of this industry.
