As I continue my journey at GANT, each day brings a new challenge, deepening my understanding and honing my skills in garment technology. This internship has allowed me to bridge the technical and creative facets of the industry, strengthening my foundation in product development. Working on the details, from measurement precision to exploring CLO 3D, has shown me the intricacies of bringing a design to life while adhering to the brand's standards. The journey so far has been transformative, offering insights I’ll carry forward in my career, and I am excited to see where the rest of this experience will lead me.
This blog belongs to the Master students in Textile Management at the Swedish School of Textiles, University of Borås. Primarily, the second year students, as part of their program, embark on a field study - as interns at companies in different parts of the world, as research assistants to research projects performed at University of Borås or as individual field study projects, to fulfill their quest for new knowledge.These entries represent their experiences and reflections.
