Consumer Behavior

After conducting secondary data about consumer behavior of Swedish people, I have come to know some really interesting facts.  The Swedish customer can be defined with the following key words:

Sustianbale, Ethical, Travellers, Sophisticated, Culturally diverse, Experimental, High purchasing power

Swedish people are fashion lovers and a typical consumer spends around 5% of their monthly budget on clothing and fashion items. They are tech savvy and like to make online purchases, more so, they are very active on social media and follow bloggers closely. Young Swedes between the ages of 26-30 are travelling a lot; hence they are exposed to different cultures. In past few years, Asian countries like Thailand, Singapore, Maldives, and Malaysia etc. have become some of the popular travel destinations. Hence, the acceptability of ethnic and Asian fashion is also increasing.   It terms of color Swedish people prefer classic and sophisticated colors like black and avoid very vibrant colors, however, when it comes to accessories colorful products are liked.
