Velour x Håkan

Hi guys! 

So its only a few days left! I've had 2 really busy weeks and haven't been able to update the blog until now! But here we go! 

Last week i was focusing on finding interesting profiles and addresses of Swedish artists. I've been reaching out to stars like Ulrik Munther, Bill Skarsgård and the crew of Håkan Hellström. So until now I've sent promotional goods to Ulrik and are waiting to see if he is going to post anything on Instagram to spread our brand. When it comes to Håkans band, my boss brought some pieces with him to NYC and met up with them before the concert at Gramercy Theater. And how well did that that go one can ask? Well you see the safari printed shirt? That's Velour! :D

So right now Im in the office printing these picture to create some new marketing materials for our store. We are going to hang 4 - 5 pictures from the Håkan concert in the window together with the printed shirt and a fun fact about Velour and Håkans first hat. Need to start gluing to get this done by today! We want to have this done before the weekend when Gothenburg comes alive with both the local "Andralångdagen" and the day festival "Summerburst". Bringing a lot of folks from Sweden to the city which is a great opportunity for us to spread the word. But of course the most important weekend is next week when Håkan has his concert right here in his home town! And because we are big fans and we know that all his fans are going to be here, we want to have a suitable Håkan fever in our store! Whoooho!
