Instagram

Hello hello,

Hope all of you are having a great sunny week! Gothenburg is absolutely amazing right now – summer is here! Time flies and today I am focusing on my beloved Instagram. For my company Instagram is about the products and the platform is created so as to gain market shares and increase sales. There are mainly four parts that permeate the Instagram account. The first part is that it should be trendy and contain high level of recognition so as to be accurate of what is of interest or upcoming interest of our customers. The second part is about inspiration, which mainly is created through moodboards and  environmental pictures so as to present the product in a credible way.  The third part is about originality and innovation, which in other words means that we aim to present and market the products in new and more exciting ways. The fourth and last permeating part is humorous part, which engages and creates a relationship with the customers. What I have seen is that competitions are very engaging and customers tend to share and tag friends, which increases the market shares. The plan is to post approximately 5 posts per day and to make sure that the posts have a high variety so as to includes all of the four different parts that should permeate our Instagram account. The goal is to be a ‘friend’ to our followers and therefore a lot of my time is spent to communicate with them. It is important to have a high level of response so as to make sure they feel seen. It all seems very obvious but in reality it is really about being accurate in every action you take. One error or mistake can bring a lot of unwanted and bad comments to our feed, which is definitely not good for our brand and its reputation. And as my company is existing in four markets, it is important to make sure that every market has the same opportunities. Honestly, I feel like people exaggerate sometimes when they are commenting on something that is totally unnecessary or relevant for the post, but I guess that is just something that has to be accepted and be handled in the best possible way. Research has shown that if the negativity is handled correctly and respectably the brand may actually strengthen oneself. In the means of digital marketing I believe your communication skills has to be sharpened rather than your marketing skills and to sum it up it is all about listening and have a two-way communication plan so as that the posts not only works as a selling platform but also as a discussion forum. That was all for today! So long fellas!
